Fuji at Assembly pairs a bright, open dining room with the warmth and texture of reclaimed wood, patterned upholstery, and expansive custom artwork. A graphic white screen creates layers of intimacy without closing off the room, while contrasting ceiling planes and a sequence of pendant lights organize the long interior. The bar and sushi counter extend the material palette through warm timber, dark tile, and softly illuminated details, creating a relaxed and contemporary setting at Assembly Row.
