Chashu combines the intimacy of a Japanese izakaya with the energy of a contemporary urban bar. A deep charcoal envelope allows warm wood, brass accents, and pools of pendant light to glow, while large-scale murals turn the dining room into an immersive gallery. Layered screens temper the open plan and create a sequence of social spaces around the bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
